Our minimum charge for renting a vehicle is 24 hours

What is the Maximum rental period?

There is no maximum period for the vehicle rental.

Do your prices include or exclude VAT?

Our prices include insurance and VAT.

 What is the minimum age I need to be to rent a car?

23 for South African Citizens /Contact us directly for non-South African citizens.

How long do I need to have had my license for to rent a vehicle?

Minimum of 2 years.

Can I use someone else’s credit card to pay for the rental?

Under downloads page Form “Authorisation” form needs to be filled in and supporting documents be supplied.

What happens if the vehicle has a breakdown?

We offer a 24 hour support system to help you.

Do we have vehicles with Aircon if so at what cost?

We have a very few cars with air-conditioning and R20 extra per day.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer discounts on long term rental paid upfront (minimum 3 months)

Can the vehicles be taken out of South Africa?

Cars can only leave South Africa to go into Swaziland and Lesotho (accident and maintenance cost’s are for Hirer’s account as we have no facility’s outside the borders of South Africa)

What happens if I am involved in an accident?

1)Remain calm
2) Do not allow anyone to tow the vehicle(if you give authorisation to tow the vehicle you will be liable for the charges)
3)Fill in the “dear client form”
4)Contact us 
5)Report the accident to the police
6)Fill in the “Motor Accident Claim form”

Does the vehicle have a radio?

Yes it has a USB functional radio.

Does the vehicle have an anti theft device?

Yes all of our vehicles do.
